Solopreneurs are often overlooked in the realm of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or anti-oppression, which typically caters to large organizations and certain positions of an organization such as HR, EDs, direct service providers. Our goal is to shift away from common DEI conversation and guide you through a more holistic and transformational understanding of DEI’s new chapter.
